Application Instructions:

Each applicant will need to fill out their own application. There is a $40 application fee that can be mailed to Parallel Realty at 7570 West 147th Street Suite #308 Apple Valley, MN 55124. You can also drop if off at our physical location, Evolve Workplace, in West Saint Paul. We take cash, check, or money order. If you prefer to pay electronically, you can find us on Venmo under @Parallel-Realty and pay that way as well. You will see our logo as our profile picture.

You will also need to submit a recent pay stub to verify employment. If you are a student, you will need to submit a recent paystub as well as a photo of your student ID to verify student status.

Terms and Conditions:

By completing this application, applicant hereby authorizes management to verify all information above as well as conduct a full background/credit check. Tenant screening services are provided by RHR: 701 5th Street S. Hopkins, MN 55343. PH: 952-545-3953

Any findings from the criminal background check with an an unlawful detainer within the last 10 years or any felony history shall deem non-qualification of tenancy.
